I know I posted this yesterday from my phone, but I wanted to explain the set up.

The Sony Vaio is running Ableton Live 8. This is my “practice” setup, so I am just using the MPD 18 and the Novation Launch Pad. For the shows, I use the APC 40, MPD 18 and a M-Audio Axiom 25 or LPK 25, just depends what I want to carry in a venue. This compute also runs all the loops, samples, keyboards, etc. through set I have been adding to for 6 months now.

The Macbook is also running Live 8, but this one is for our vocals. I have created some vocal racks that include a couple of different delays, reverb, flange, distortion, chorus, etc. and these can be turn on/off from keyboard shortcuts. We are eventually going to add a midi foot pedal to control all the vocal chains on stage.

So yeah, that is part of The Nasty’s set up…

Working on some new tracks that incorporate live drums, guitars, bass, and other instrumentation. My dude Sam from @pinotfunk (look them up, extra dope) laid the drums. Going to get Cody from @ewwthenasty to lay some guitar on it tomorrow. So far, sounding smooth.
